By placing an order on Awanzookk, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Payments
• All payments made on Awanzookk are 100% secure and final.
• Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
No Refund Policy
• Awanzookk does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Please review product details, size chart, and images carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
• Exchange is allowed only in case of a damaged or defective product.
• No exchange will be accepted for reasons like:
• Size issues (if the delivered size is exactly what was ordered)
• Change of mind
• Color or style preference
Condition for Exchange
• If the product received is perfect, unused, and exactly as ordered, and the customer still wants an exchange, then:
• The customer must return the product at their own cost.
• After receiving the returned item, Awanzookk will process the exchange accordingly.
Proof Requirement
• For any exchange request, the customer must provide:
• A clear opening video (from unopened package to full product view)
• Clear pictures showing the damage or issue
• Without proper video and images, exchange requests will not be accepted.
Exchange Approval Process
• All exchange requests must be sent via Instagram DM on our official page.
• Exchange will be processed only after approval from the Awanzookk team.
• Approval depends on verification of the provided video and images.
Timeline
• The complete exchange process may take 7–10 working days after approval.
Final Decision
• Awanzookk reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request after verification.
