Orders & Payments
- We primarily accept prepaid orders.
- Most of our outfits are custom-made or made-to-order, created specially for each customer after order confirmation.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Custom-Made Products
- Since many products are custom stitched or specially prepared, slight variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, or fit may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and handmade detailing.
- Customers are requested to check size details carefully before placing an order.
Shipping & Processing
- Processing time may vary depending on the design and customization requirements.
- Estimated delivery timelines are shared for reference and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
- As most products are custom-made/prepared on order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- the wrong product is delivered,
- the item arrives damaged,
- or there is a major manufacturing defect.
- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/photos for verification.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
- After processing/customization starts, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Product Representation
- We try our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings.
